04 Oct Yoga Class
Hello, Mrs Frost here! This year I am very happy to be teaching Yoga and Mindfulness lessons to the children. We have a huge focus on the emotional and physical wellbeing of the children at Laycock. Some of the benefits of kids yoga are:
Build concentration, manage stress through breathing, increase confidence and positive self-image and most importantly to feel happy.
Children have been selected and are participating in sessions this term but I will be taking names for places next half term and I will also be doing an after school club. More information to follow about this.
